Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:
ARTWORKS:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Artwork must be shipped back within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. If the artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us at k.serpytyte@gmail.com within 3 calendar days after receiving the artwork with proofs of damage.
The artwork must be in its original condition, including any framing or packaging, and not show signs of damage or use.
2. How to Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at k.serpytyte@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the artwork. If the order is damaged, you must provide proofs of it - pictures, videos.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3. Return Shipping and Packing Costs:
If the return is due to an issue with the artwork (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning the artwork for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In all cases packaging costs are covered by the client.
4. Refunds and Exchanges:
Once we receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.
We do not offer exchanges for artworks, except for incorrect received items. If you would like a different piece, please place a new order.
5.Non-Returnable Items:
Custom artwork, personalized pieces, or artworks that were modified or framed at the customer's request are not eligible for return.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 calendar days at k.serpytyte@gmail.com, and we will arrange a refund for damaged items or replacement for incorrect items. If you do not contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving a damaged item with proof of damage, you will lose the chance to receive a refund.
CLOTHING/ACCESSORIES/OTHER ITEMS:
1. Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

If you are returning the item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for both the return shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items:
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
Custom or personalized items, including printed artwork and custom clothing, are not eligible for return.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement for incorrect items or refund damaged items. If you do not contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving a damaged item with proof of damage, you will lose the chance to receive a refund.
